Installed latest nhsuk-frontend npm package.
Added `href` to download kit links.

Added documentation back into `docs` folder. Updated broken page URLs.
Re-ordered the custom and auto routes in app.js. This was breaking the nunjucks passing data into pages. Added placeholder pages for tutorial pages.
Added gifs to demo where to create the pages.
