HexPawb is a Tor-like onion routing protocol, with support for both accessing external resources through the network as well as hosting things on the network itself. It builds circuits across a network of relays

client, and they're the starting point.
Drill down far enough, and you'll end up neck-deep in the byte formats going out over the network.
The two exceptions are setup and teardown for relays and furtive services, but even those are linked both right there and in the relevant parts of the pawb
