How do I know which binary is for me?

Intel users take a look at this wiki page. In general if you have Intel CPU with microarchitecture older than Westmere, than you have to use nocona builds. If you have Westmere or newer, then you must look at the CPU specs (use Intel Ark web page) and see if your CPU has AVX or AVX2 supported - and then pick the right binary for you. If you are using AMD CPU than you'll have to take a look at your AMD CPU specs and pick the closest binary.
