This is fixed for beta 5. I noticed this myself yesterday, too. |

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
When I long press a word, the dictionary popup opens as expected. Tapping the cross (x) at the top right closes it properly. But tapping outside the popup triggers a page turn instead (depending on which part of the screen I tap), and the word stays highlighted afterward. To clear it, you have to choose ‘clear selection’. I feel this is redundant as it’s a single word — we’re not even in annotation mode.
Steps to reproduce:
Actual behavior: The page turns according to the tapped zone, the popup is not dismissed as a result of the tap, and the word remains highlighted.
Expected behavior: Tapping outside the popup should only close it and clear the word highlight, without turning the page. This is how the nickel reader behaves.
Thanks!
