Wait for windowHandles has "N" window handles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After opening a new tab I want to use .windowHandles() to proceed on the new tab.
New tab isn't loaded yet, so .windowHandles() has'n yet the second window handle.
Currently I'm using a long .pause() command.

Describe the solution you'd like
How can I implement such a command?

I've defined a recursive command. Do you have better ideas?
