T-Rex does not emit vendor extensions for Logic Flows in Power Apps #5

There are new vendor extensions designed to support the designer in Logic Flows for Power Apps. These are not yet emitted by T-Rex.

Implemented new visibility type, and cleaned things up to get ready for Power Apps updates as part of f382055.

This is fully closed out as of commit a63227e. Examples of usage can be seen here until I am able to put together more formal documentation.
