This PR improves the handling of template specifications given via command line in several ways:
RobustMNINormalization(related to GiveRobustMNINormalizationthe due love #329) so that it uses template specs.RobustMNINormalizationSimpleBeforeAfterRPTto allow dynamically change reportlet labels.
