Alex - thanks for doing this! It turns out that we have an incompatibility with the numpy that exists on ubuntu 10.10, so I am going to have to fix that first and only after I put in the fix for that and tag that, so that the neurodebian crew can upload the fixed version. I think that we should hold off on merging this change, until after that, so that we can test this out for a while, before releasing it. Just thought I would let you know what's going on, so that you understand why this might take me a couple of days to merge in. |
