Click-Through Window Rule

itd be amazing to be able to have a window rule named click-through or something along the lines that will let you to click through a window without it interacting with it and it only interacting with item behind it, nice for custom overlays like spotify lyrics or a twitch chat or performance stats.

I think you can already do this by sending the windows output to some program that creates a layer-surface window which can have thw behaviour you're describing just by setting some properties for it.
