lbl_run.ini: Why are files for HARPS, NIRPS etc. downloaded when working with SPIRou data ?

bug or is just a key missing in lbl_run.in to select the instrument ?

This is just Etienne dumping files in the models directory.
Currently the model directory is not instrument dependent.

Also this should be posted on the LBL github not the apero-drs github - it is not an APERO issue.
I've copied this issue to there (njcuk9999/lbl#48)
