[LBL] Problem with apero_lbl_compile recipe: zero-size array to reduction operation minimum which has no identity

Same issue as one reported by Alexandrine a couple days ago (Issue #218 in apero-utils). I'm getting an APERO error message for the apero_lbl_compile_nirps_ha recipe:
