pypi 部分包链接失效

pypi 镜像源里面有部分包链接失效了，指向的服务器无法ping通，例如pycuda等等

刚才试了一下。pip install pycuda会提示有文件404error。可能是学校的镜像服务器mirrors.nju.edu.cn的pypi镜像可能还没同步好。过一段时间再试试。

可以试一下系楼校园网里的另一个开源镜像站 http://mirror.njuer.org/ .也有pypi镜像
