Executing window.minimize() twice will minimize then restore window.

Or if window is minimized to tray and execute window.minimize(), it will restore it

(Windows 7 x64, FF 16 - 19.0a1)

Was it really "fixed"? I couldn't test it because current version is not usable at all...
