Request API credentials at https://developers.gfycat.com/signup/#/apiform. Make sure to add http://localhost:8000/callback
as a redirect URI or the OAuth authentication will fail.

Each section's tags defined under tags
may be added using --tags <section>
.
Additional tags are added via --extra-tags
. The title is generated from the filename by
taking the base name and removing the extension.
