I’ve spent the past year and a half guiding existing .NET teams into working with Node and the open source world. There have been many challenges and very many exciting moments along that path that I’d love to share with you. In that time, C# has been open sourced, Visual Studio Code has been released across platforms, and a free Visual Studio Community edition has been released by Microsoft. Every once in a while, I fight the urge to say, “Told you so,” to my team.
