doc: make constants enumeration consistent

Add missing prefix `crypto.constants.` to `RSA_PKCS1_PADDING`
in `crypto.privateEncrypt()`, `crypto.privateDecrypt()`,
`crypto.publicEncrypt()`, and `crypto.publicDecrypt()`.
