Running on Rpie 3 (b) the game is silky smooth until you take damage. Doesnt seem to be a resource issue as the game is buttery smooth when in huge battles (as long as you dont take damage), but you can be in the corner of the map by yourself staring at a wall and just bump it to take damage and the game stutters for a few seconds (goes from max FPS to 0). Issue in both Twisted Metal 3 and 4, only when you take damage (either getting shot or bump a wall).

Twisted Metal 2 runs fine. 3 and 4 probably use same engine?.
