9 Miao glyphs added, including /u16F04.lpo, /u16F10.lpo, /u16F23.lpo, /u16F33.lpo, /u16F39.lpo, /u16F57.lpo, /u16F58.lpo, /u16F72.lpo, /u16F7E.lpo.
These additions have been named with a '.lpo' suffix and will act as alternates to support the Lipo language. Metrics for the four small vowels signs have been kept as LSB=0 & RSB=50 to follow the established glyph-set (even though I disagree with this approach to spacing).
