Here I have the codes used to launch the AWS server. make sure you have the appropriate changes to your ubuntu etc.... see the site:

• To create a relational database (building upon Python pandas DataFrames and sqlite packages)

• Utilize Flask to launch web application of database for querying abstract database

**** Some notes for configuration: note matplotlibrc, needs to be run with the backend set as agg! (I changed it in both the shared ubuntu matplotlib and the conda env if to run in a separate environment' ****Also note, write to permissions needed to be changed explicitly in static folder
