2017 analysis

This analysis was used in a Morning Edition radio segment on April 26, 2017. However, because this version uses the latest data at the time the notebook was last run, the data analyzed will be more up-to-date than the radio piece.

Important to note: Much of the code here assumes that the data span a single calendar year. (For example, aggregations of tweets by month or week.) It requires revision to incorporate data that span multiple years.
