image_stack_to_movie() suggestions

option to change title (could be time and not frames)
option to write file to disk. some web browsers are configured to prevent download by sysadmins
option label colorbar (ADU or photons)
option to add x and y labels (pixel, Q)

image_stack_to_movie is broken #65

note that this is broken for jupyterlab (not notebook) for reasons to do with webpage rendering. Help on how to proceed would be good.

Current thinking is to use mp4 writer and ipython widgets. However, this does not embed the "movie" in a gist render.
