@roman-khimov, this script introduces neofs-contract cyclic dependency to our repo, but it's not in this PR since it's already included into 0.106.0. I've accidentally committed these changes in #3452.
I don't like this cyclic dependency, but at the same time the script itself is useful. Remove it and move script to NeoFS repo or leave it as it is?
