What is Erin's NetID? Access to the Dropbox is done via Active Directory. This ticket can be sent to standard Library IT, no need for DevOps.

Per @Toputnal he added code necessary so that AD groups can be used to add permissions. The help desk should be able to handle this. Note, we need to make sure the help desk folks know that SSL VPN needs to be used.
