Automated nvm installer packages

Could we get an nvm package for:

• Ubuntu
• Homebrew
• Chocolatey

And maybe an MSI one-click installer for Windows?

What would an nvm package for those look like? NVM isn't a shell program or an executable script. It's a function definition that you source into your current bash shell environment at login. Windows would be especially hard since the windows shell scripting language is nothing like bash or zsh.

#469 is for the Homebrew request.

While I'm not inclined to support homebrew at all, I can't see a scenario where I'd support any other package managers. #284 would handle any Windows support, if it were to exist.
