SYNC extension which was merged from an old google code repository is broken and needs to be reworked.
(https://www.x.org/releases/X11R7.7/doc/xextproto/sync.html#ftn.id2587121)

Some opcodes are wrong (SYNC_DESTROY) and others are missing.
