I guess it would be great to have option of adding Tauri (https://tauri.studio/) as part of option as well.

This would be a great feature to have. I'm using Tauri in another project but had to set up an ad-hoc builder via @nrwl/workspace:run-commands, which is less than ideal. Not 100% sure when I'll be able to get to this, but I'll try to have a look sometime this week.
