RTC (real time collaboration) using modern P2P building blocks like iroh

Hi,

There's some interest on real time collaboration (#296) and I think it has value.

FYI to make it easier to implement, there are great building blocks like iroh (and others, for ex p2panda) that make it very easy to do all the networking stuff (including holepunching and allowing no-data-transiting-through-relays modes).

I can imagine bento just showing a "Collaboration > start" button that shows a qr code, and a "Collaboration > join" that opens the camera to scan the code.

The QR code would contain just enough info for both files to connect and the CRDT would handle the states.
