[Issue] with metrics in explorer

Describe the issue
On the explorer (https://explorer.nymtech.net/) when user look op any mixnode (example: https://explorer.nymtech.net/network-components/mixnode/739), on the second bar the last 2 items are Avg. Score and Routing Score. Both items are about the same metric, but Avg. Score value is shown with a '%' and Routing Score is not.

Expected behaviour
Both values shown with the '%'.

Steps to Reproduce
Look up any mixnode on the explorer. Examples:
