Reports are supposed to contain different information.
Catch OSError instead of Exception from ntp2chrony to avoid pylint errors.
When a service cannot be enabled (e.g. due to masking) or when ntp2chrony fails, log an error message instead of failing the migration. Bugzilla: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2089514

@mlichvar as the related BZ has attached customer case, can you assign QE that will test the BZ before we merge it (I mean, the QE does not have to test the PR build before the merge, we just need acknowledgment QE have resources to test the BZ for the next release before we merge it)? want to prevent situation that nobody will be able to test it when we merge it. in the meanwhile, running our sanity tests. ltgm from my side |

@mlichvar I think it's misunderstanding. I am asking you to assign your QE for the testing as owners of this issue is maintainer & QE of the particular component as SMEs. The logic is - a maintainer can handle everything in their rpm during the upgrade (scriptlets, ...) or they can deliver a solution inside the leapp-repository component, but they are still owners of all issues connected to the particular component, including issues with the component when upgrading to newer RHEL. |
