Last Updated Time Change
Before submitting the pull request, please update the
last_updatedon https://github.com/oasis-open/cti-documentation/blob/general_refinement/_config.yml#L16 - doneupdated stix links to oasis CS instead of google doc.
I tried to stick to standard github markdown and have less fancy html vs prior. This allows you to see the changes in github so better for proofreading prior to going to github.io and also my markdown editor could also handle it better. Feel free to put the fanciness back if it's needed (I personally think it hurts more than it helps).
