The simulation directory is missing setup.py file.

There was an error in the readme file. It has been updated to correctly point to the readme file of simulation folder where the installation steps you need to follow in order to install the dependencies for the Python simulation script:

• Verify that the needed Python libraries are installed (e.g. numpy, cython, ...)
• Install Scikit.sparse by navigating to path/to/PROTON/simulation/scikit.sparse-master and running: python setup.py install
