Butler and Hodos:

"the caudal part of the diencephalon contains a dorsal area called the pretectum and..."

This is in the introductiory/general section, no implications of taxonomic variance

A lot of material here. Would be good to capture a lot of this variation. For now we just want to avoid unsatisfiable classes (and hopefully keep the spatial disjointness axiom between forebrain and midbrain)

NIFSTD, FMA and MA all place it in the midbrain

     * fixed EVOC xrefs to be 1:1
     * Def for late embryo. Thanks to Ann N. Fixes issue #355
     * Fix for #365
       * Defined ambiens using Kardong, added axioms
       * NT: iliotibialis muscle. Thanks to Ann N.
       * added musclle origin for sartorius.
     * NTs for distalmost epiphyses of distalmost digits. Addresses issue #358 - are the tuberosities extensions or parts of the distal epiphyses?
     * Spatial disjointness fixes
       * putting some spatial disjointness axioms into pending. Adding equivalence axioms to bone and cartilage further to PATO call with Georg, Jim and David OS
       * This release incorporates the full spatial disjointness axioms as part of the build, not just checks
       * removed part_of between alar central lobule and central lobule - fixes spatial disjointness violation
       * weakened part_of for pretectum to taxon GCI. Fixes #361 for now
     * adding tentorial synonyms. MAH.
     * NT: inferior orbital fissure; made superior a subclass of generic orbital fissure
     * changed def for optical pit to align with MP
     * stages
       * new subclasses of larval stage. Addresses #353
       * fixed xrefs for neonates. Fixes issue #350
     * Heart fixes for issue #351 and #347
       * NTs for subclasses of leaflet of mitral valve
       * Added equivalence axioms for various leaflets/cusps of heart
       * fixed exact synonym sharing of BV groove and IV groove. Still need to adequately connect these. Relevant to #347
       * def for BV Groove (ANiknejad). Addresses issue #347
