Adds the ability to style volume meters based on which tracks they're being sent to.

Personally I don't really like this. This is just my personal preference for the most part but I just don't really like associating colors with tracks like this. I feel like there should be better ways to show the track information, but for now I think we should just put this aside for higher priority things. |

A helpful visual indicator to tell which sources are being streamed / recorded.
