* Add new OpenCL-backed Memory Types (obsproject#93) * Rewrote SendInput and GetOutput to also have a single-threaded version. * Rewrote parts of the multi-threaded approach. * Temporarily force PTS to be identical to DTS. * Fix crash inside SetFrameSize if an exception happens.
