Proposal for the implementation of a module to export the financial (accounting) information
from Odoo to an .XAF file according to the model provided by the Dutch tax authorities (http://www.belastingdienst.nl/wps/wcm/connect/bldcontentnl/belastingdienst/zakelijk/aangifte_betalen_en_toezicht/toezicht/handhaving_en_controle/belastingcontrole_met_de_auditfile).

ONESTEiN BV (@onesteinbv) has developed a new module for this based on the module "nbs_xml_auditfile_financieel" developed by Neobis ICT Dienstverlening B.V.
To use it is required the module "xml_template" (https://www.odoo.com/apps/7.0/xml_template) created by Swing Entwicklung betrieblicher Informationssysteme GmbH.

The module has to be adapted to the l10n-netherlands conventions and will be proposed for review ASAP.

I started to modify our module to make it comply with the policy of the community on the fork: https://github.com/onesteinbv/l10n-netherlands/tree/7.0-l10n_nl_xaf_auditfile_export-dev

Submitted now the PR to merge the modules for V7 (#6) and V8 (#7).
