* Remove out-of-date notice about flexdll * Remove build references to Cygwin32 (cherry picked from commit b3d55a0)
It's definitely worth removing the references in its readme in the same way (which I've just pushed). There's an archive of the final version of the x86 version, but it will never receive updates, so I think supporting or not supporting Cygwin32 will look the same 🙂 |

The 32-bit (x86) version of Cygwin has been retired and the repositories frozen. A few minor updates to
README.win32.adocas a result.More importantly, the 32-bit Cygwin worker can be retired from the Jenkins matrix.
