Background / motivation

Berkay recently added the following READMEs:

  • READMEs/azure-container-deployment.md
  • READMEs/testnet-faucet.md

They still need to get reconciled with the rest of the READMEs

TODOs

Reconcile: link from other READMEs as appropriate. Avoid DRY where possible
