Precisamente ayer me "picó" eso de la versión de xmlsig...
Probado y aprobado... ;-)
Estoy jugando con varias versiones de las librerías para ver si en v14/v15 se puede usar la más reciente... Ahí les cuento
Si alguien lo tiene antes, favor definir la versión correcta para las demás versiones...

No se instala la version correcto de xmlsig
Desired behavior after PR is merged:
Instala la version especifica de xmlsig (0.1.3) necesaria para la firma del xml
