MorseKOB focuses on American Morsecode, which the Morserino doesn’t know. CW Comm is universal, but need a lot more bandwidth the the MOPP protocol, sit send a packet for each Morse code element, while MOPP sends a packet for each complete word. Does not matter on Internet where bandwidth is not an issue these days, but MOPP was primarily developed for use with LoRa, and there efficiency is a must.
Of course there are some benefits using CW Comm (less latency, for example, and the availability of other clients). But for me this does not fit to my main purpose enough (creating a universal practice tool) to justify the additional programming work for its implementation.
But as this is Open Source: if anyone sees a need, go ahead and do it!

How about implementing the Morsekob protocol for CW over IP? It would open the world to other clients on Windows, OSX, Linux, Arduino, iOS...
