Solution	When a person has multiple races, multiple ethnicities, or multiple genders it is recommended to choose the latest race/ethnicity/gender found for the patient record, unless a more appropriate approach exists for your data. If you would like to keep other designations of race, ethnicity, or gender do so in the OBSERVATION table.

“Unless a more appropriete approach exists for your data” is a big vague.

We did wonder about the gender if you need to put in the gender at birth but it all depends on the use case (which we will not have in our group)

Implemented? What's to implement? Pick a single race and ethnicity and put in PERSON. The "others" put in Observation.
