Add Scroll to section & top functionality

Add react-scroll package for creating a scroll
Create a scrollToView component that takes to props for the component to scroll to
Create a method that takes an id of the component to scroll when clicked
Add scroll to both blogs and the contact form using the ScrollToView component
Add a scroll to the top for scrolling to the top from the bottom
Render social icons instead of social links name on the Hero section with some animations
