Create Form and add functionalities

Create form component, validate using React Form Hook
Collect form inputs and send to backend
Create pages route and components for project drafts, project page and edit single project page
Refactor API endpoint routes by nesting them inside project
Render all projects width functional buttons for publish, delete and route to edit page
Create toggling between publish state and functionality to delete a project
Add stylings to all created pages
Refactored create API endpoint
