What does this PR do?

Adds a PUT request method and handler to the /profile endpoint

Description of Task to be completed

• Create tests for endpoint
• Add more tests to previous endpoints
• Add endpoint controllers

How should this be manually tested?

• Pull branch into local repo and run npm test
• Use Postman or similar to make requests to endpoint.
• Endpoint will be deployed to https://my-diary-api.herokuapp.com/api/v1/profile
