Context

Related: #25 #43

Following queries in PR #39, we'll additionally want to know not only which NFTs are owned in associated accounts, but those that are accessible from a HybridCustody.Manager. This will require knowledge of those Capabilities accessible from a given ProxyAccount (#43 )
