https://explorer.ooni.org/en/chart/mat?probe_cc=RU shows Country: Russia and data for Russia.
https://explorer.ooni.org/ru/chart/mat?probe_cc=RU shows Страна: Руанда (Rwanda) and data for Russia.

The name above the graph corresponds to the code and the data.

Bad:

Good:

  • Romania
  • Norway (NO)
