When removing the replica in #439 we left those two settings in pillar/kingfisher_main.sls

Should we remove them (restoring defaults of synchronous_commit = on and an empty synchronous_standby_names) ?

Also, should we document these two in https://ocdsdeploy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/develop/update/postgres.html#set-up-replication ?
