Motivation
Currently,
md2yml.pyis usually used in MMSegmentation for generating metafile of each algorithm automatically.However,
UnicodeDecodeErrorwould be raised if not specified encoding format of each markdown file.Error above would be solved only needs to add
encoding='UTF-8':
