Why the changes in this PR are needed?

The ecosystem page doesn't include Raygun, and Anders Eknert thought I should add it to the ecosystem

What are the changes in this PR?

Adding a raygun.md to the integrations folder, paclabsnet.md to the organizations folder, and an icon
