Replace the MEMD file to solve the Memory detection issue (#6)

Samsung 16G DIMM M393A2K40DB2-CTD on Mihawk was showing
some error messages and some DIMMs will be GARD.
The IBM team suggested a new setting to slove this issue
by ATTR_MSS_VPD_MT_VREF_DRAM_WR changed to 0x00 for a
single drop one rank configuration.

All the previously tested DIMMs have been tested DC cycle
on Mihawk to make sure the settings are compatible.
However, the new settings should not be used on platforms
other than Mihawk.
