tests are failing due to some problem uploading codecove results, see https://github.com/openSUSE/openSUSE-release-tools/actions/runs/8643593883/job/23698033942?pr=3072 . we need to release SL Micro ASAP so I'm proceeding and merging this since it only impacts Micro's pipelines |

This reverts commit 1e9554f. Releasing the product composer output makes the GoCD hang seemingly forever.
